Shipping
We ship across Canada from our Canadian warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If your order doesn’t arrive within the carrier’s stated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help make it right (replacement or refund where appropriate).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $89 (before tax). Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Are your products eco-friendly
We prioritize eco-conscious choices whenever possible (reusable items, lower-waste packaging, and quality products made to last)
What's included in each bundle
Each bundle includes the exact items shown on the product page. Items ship in their original packaging and are not packaged as a gift basket (and may arrive in separate deliveries).
Payment & checkout
We accept major credit cards and other secure checkout options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal when available). Your payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout, and we never store your full card details.
Returns & Damages
Unwanted returns: 30 days, new/unused condition, 20% restocking fee.
Damaged/defective: replacement provided—contact us within 30 days with photos.
